In the spring of 2021, the Department of Legal Studies surveyed local attorneys and recent graduates. We also reviewed LinkedIn and Facebook profiles.
51% of Legal Studies graduates were working as paralegals or in a law-related positions. 11% have been attending law school. These results do not reflect those graduates who did not respond to the surveys nor have created professional profiles.
The results from the surveys are below. The surveys show the type of work paralegals do, salaries, employment information and give a lot of detail as to what employers are looking for and what the University of La Verne program provides.
