Spring 2024: Visiting Poet, Douglas Manuel!

On March 19, the Creative Writing program was thrilled to welcome poet Douglas Manuel to campus. Doug visited CWRT 303: Poetry Writing, in which the students were reading his newest book Trouble Funk. Doug shared his thoughts on writing and publishing, and then gave a fantastic and touching reading of his works in the Ludwick Center Sacred Space. (Doug also served as the Prism Review national poetry contest judge and is being interviewed by senior staffers on our journal.)
